How does the customization process work?

Add Your Dog’s Name: For an additional $5, you can include your dog’s name in the design.

Describe Your Dog: Share a brief description and any breed information to help us capture their unique look.

Choose Design Accents: Personalize your design with sparkles, flowers, or keep it simple and plain.

Anything Else?: Let us know if there’s anything else about your dog that should be considered during the design process.

Upload Photos: Make sure to submit clear, close-up photos of your dog from different angles for the most accurate, personalized portrait.

Can I preview the design before it’s finalized?

Yes! After you place your order, we’ll send you a mockup of your custom design within a few business days. You’ll be able to review it before it moves into production.

Can I order multiple items with the same design?

Yes, you can order multiple items with the same design! A 20% discount will automatically be applied to each additional personalized item. Just select "Re-use the design in the cart" for any additional items.

If you'd like to order more items using a design from a previous order, simply choose "Re-use a previous design" and enter your previous order ID or the email associated with the original order.

Who owns the rights to my design?

While your custom design is made specifically for you, we retain the rights to the artwork. This allows us to use the design across our platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials. By purchasing, you agree to let us showcase your unique design while you enjoy your personalized product!
