RUFF uses AI-assisted tools to generate your custom pet portrait. When you submit photos, those images are transmitted to third-party AI service providers as part of our portrait creation process. These providers process your submitted images in accordance with their own privacy policies and data handling practices.

We use your submitted photos solely to create your portrait. We do not sell, license, or use your pet photos for any other commercial purpose. Portrait files are retained for a limited period following delivery to support re-delivery in the event of technical issues.

5. Advertising & Tracking Technologies

We use advertising and tracking technologies to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns and to show relevant ads to people on other platforms. These technologies include:
