How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking code as soon as your order ships. Please note, tracking codes are not available for sticker orders.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your RUFF goodies, but if something doesn’t work out, here’s what you need to know:

Non-Personalized Items

You can return non-personalized items within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it arrived. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund (shipping fees are non-refundable). Keep in mind it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.

Personalized Items

Because personalized items are crafted uniquely for you, they can’t be returned or exchanged. Each piece reflects a custom design process and artistic interpretation.

However, we want you to be thrilled with your order. If there’s an issue with your personalized item, please reach out, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We currently offer free shipping within the US. If you’re outside the US and want to place an order, contact us—we’d love to help if we can!

To reduce waste and overproduction, some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. This approach helps us cut down on excess inventory and packaging, helping RUFF be a little more mindful of our planet.

Estimated Shipping Timelines:

  • In stock items: Should arrive within a week.
  • Made-to-order items: Typically arrive within 2-4 weeks.
  • Custom, one-of-a-kind items: Usually take 3-6 weeks to reach you.

We’ll keep you in the loop with updates on your order and let you know as soon as it’s on its way!

How do you make your dog portraits?

Every design is a unique creation that captures your dog’s essence, combining advanced technology with skilled craftsmanship. Our process begins with our specially trained AI, which generates several initial concepts of your dog. The design is then digitally refined by hand to perfect every detail. Embroidered products go through a process called digitization, where thousands of stitches are planned before machine embroidery. For printed products, the design is prepared for high-quality printing. Each step is thoughtfully crafted to create a personalized piece just for you.

Can I order multiple items with the same personalized design?

Yes, you can order multiple items with the same design! A 20% discount will be automatically applied to each additional personalized item at checkout.

If you’d like to order more items with a previous design, just include your original order number or the email address associated with it. Then, use the discount code FRIENDSFUREVER at checkout to get 20% off of your personalized order.

If you'd like a new design, simply place your order as you did originally.

Can you make me a product you don't have listed?

We’re currently offering a limited set of products, but we plan to expand our offerings over time. If you’re interested in a custom color or product, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to discuss your options.

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Once your order is placed, we get to work right away! If you need to make changes, reach out to us ASAP. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to update it for you!

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase a gift card here.

How can I provide feedback on my purchase?

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we’re unable to offer international shipping due to its complexities. However, we hope to make it available in the future!
