We want you to love your RUFF goodies, but if something doesn’t work out, here’s what you need to know:

Non-Personalized Items

You can return non-personalized items within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it arrived. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund (shipping fees are non-refundable). Keep in mind it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.

Personalized Items

Because personalized items are crafted uniquely for you, they can’t be returned or exchanged. Each piece reflects a custom design process and artistic interpretation.

However, we want you to be thrilled with your order. If there’s an issue with your personalized item, please reach out, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
